FRUIPICK Series P is a self-contained implement developed by the company A. Spedo for the mechanical harvest of olives, walnuts, plums and other types of hanging fruit.

FRUIPICK can be equipped with an optional umbrella for collecting fruits and dumping them directly into the bins. The hydraulically-operated vibrating head, thanks to its remarkable rotation degree (60°), allows using the clamp both with large branches and trunks. The micro-vibration system, along with clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, enables to increase considerably the harvesting percentage.

FRUIPICK is run by a radio remote control and characterizes by its superior maneuverability. This machine operates with a great precision and safety without damaging the tree, even when branches lie very close to each other.

The innovative design of the clamp allows to grab perfectly also small branches and trees. The clamping force self-adjusts progressively according to the applied vibration in order to avoid possible damages to the plant or its bark.

MAIN FEATURES AND STANDARD OUTFIT

Tree shaker series FRUIPICK „P“ is mounted on the 3pt lift arms and is run by the PTO. It allows the mechanical harvest of olives, walnuts, plums as well as any similar hanging fruit.
Steering wheels (tires: 10.0/75-15), run by the tractor hydraulic system, to facilitate the machine’s transfer.
Self-contained hydraulic system including variable delivery pump and oil cooler
Movements and adjustments are controlled directly by the operator by using a radio remote controller with flow control system:
- left/right and up/down rotation and tilting of the telescopic boom;
- extensible telescopic boom;
- grab of the trunk or of the branch with double sense rotation;
- controlled by the tractor’s accelerator.
The secondary clamp activates automatically according to the applied vibration in order to avoid possible damages to the tree.
