Toal is a versatile tool carrier for in-row cultivation with an automatic self-retracting system. TOAL is mid-mounted on the belly tractor. It is recommended for orchards, vineyards and generally any plantation arranged with row system. Row spacing: 250 – 450 cm (98 to 177 in.)
As Toal is hitched between the tractor axles through a customized frame, the authorized SPEDO tractor dealer shall fabricate a proper hitch. Toal is operated by the tractor hydraulic system and requires one distributor (2 quick couplers). The minimum requirement is that the tractor’s hydraulic system shall be able to supply an oil flow of 20-25 liter/minute plus the oil flow requirement for the accessory working head in order to ensure the in-row cultivator proper functioning.
To adjust a correct oil flow, a proper limiting valve is a highly recommendable accessory. Real-time adjustments can be easily controlled by the operator directly from the driver’s seat by using an electronic joystick or, as in classic version, an hydraulic distributor (only for tractors without cabin).
Toal is recommended for operating in orchards, vineyards and, generally, any plantation arranged with row system. Row spacing has to be 250 to 450 cm (98 to 177 in.). As the size of this machine strictly depends on the tractor dimension, it is essential to inform the manufacturer both of the tractor specifications as well as of the required row spacing.
