POLARIS DE is a mid-mounted in-row tool carrier equipped with self-retraction system.
It is recommended for orchards, vineyards and any plantation arranged with rows.
POLARIS can be mounted between the tractor axles through a customized hitching frame, on ECO-TROLLEY frame or on other implements.
POLARIS is operated by the tractor hydraulic system and requires one distributor (2 quick couplers). Thanks to its reduced weight (about 250Kg / 550 lbs depending on the version) it can be used with tractors between 35 and 40 HP.
The minimum requirement is that the tractor hydraulic system shall be able to provide an oil flow of 20-25 liter/minute (for each cultivator), in order to ensure the machine’s proper functioning.
ECO-TROLLEY frame is also available in a front-mounted version, specifically designed for those tractors which are equipped with a front 3pt hitch.

The flow limiter valve enables to adjust the oil flow which the hydraulic system of the tractor supplies to the tool carrier distributor. In this way, the tool carrier head can operate at increased or decreased speed when going in and out of the row and approaching the plants.
